Pros
- Extreme curve
- Good image values
- Adjustable base
Cons
- Low display brightness
Immersion in the gaming world should succeed with the MSI Optix G321CQP. It has a diameter of just under 32 inches, a QHD resolution with twice as many pixels as Full HD and is curved. According to MSI, the extreme curvature with a radius of only 1 metre is ideal for the human eye. Nevertheless, what is seen immediately appears somewhat closer, which it is. With tilt, rotation and height adjustment, the screen can be set well on the desk. Three video inputs provide sufficient variability. However, there is no USB hub. Speakers are also missing, but that applies to most gaming monitors. Unfortunately, too low brightness accompanies excellent colour reproduction and a frame rate of 165 hertz. The screen is thus hardly suitable for HDR content. On a desk and away from direct sunlight, on the other hand, no adverse effects are to be expected.
