Our Verdict
A compact 75% wireless Hall-effect gaming keyboard from Keychron sub-brand Lemokey, with outstanding build, adjustable per-key actuation and Rapid Trigger — excellent value, bar limited switch swaps and a misfiring analog mode.

The Lemokey P1 HE is the first Hall-effect gaming keyboard from Lemokey, Keychron's gaming-focused sub-brand, and it brings enthusiast build quality to the magnetic-switch category. It is a compact 75% board with wired and wireless connectivity, per-key RGB and, crucially, magnetic switches that let you tune the actuation and reset point of every key. Independent laboratory testing rates it an excellent gaming keyboard suited to any genre and any competitive level.
Performance: Magnetic Switches Done Right
The P1 HE's calling card is its Gateron magnetic switches, which the test paired with excellent raw performance. Because each key's actuation and reset distance is adjustable, you can set a hair-trigger for twitch shooters or a deeper press for typing, and the web-based software adds the advanced tricks that make Hall-effect boards special: Rapid Trigger, Snap Action and One Key Multiple Commands. As the test noted, these offer small but genuinely noticeable advantages in FPS and rhythm games. It also delivers a true 1000Hz update rate over both wired and 2.4GHz wireless connections, so response is consistent whether or not you plug in.
Build and Design
Build quality is where the Keychron pedigree shows. The test rated it outstanding, with the solid, premium feel enthusiast keyboards are prized for — a clear step above mass-market gaming boards. The compact 75% layout keeps the arrow keys and a function row while freeing up desk space for mouse movement, and the bright backlighting with clear shine-through keycaps keeps the legends readable in a dark room. It comes in black or white, and its triple-mode connectivity (wired, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth) makes it as happy on a work desk as a gaming one.
The Caveats
Two limitations the test flagged. The hot-swappable PCB only accepts Gateron Double-Rail Magnetic switches, so your swap options are narrower than on a standard mechanical board — you can change switches, but only within that family. And the true analog output, which should let the keys behave like a gamepad's gradual inputs, does not work as expected, so anyone buying specifically for analog racing or flight-sim control should be aware. Neither dents its core gaming credentials.
How It Compares
The Lemokey P1 HE is the mid-range pick in our best gaming keyboards guide, sitting between budget mechanical boards and the very top magnetic flagships. Against the cheaper Corsair K70 CORE, it adds adjustable actuation and a more premium build; against analog rivals such as the Logitech G Pro X TKL Rapid and Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL, it holds its own on performance while undercutting them on price. Corsair fans wanting magnetic switches should also weigh the Corsair K70 Max. Check the price on Amazon
Verdict
The Lemokey P1 HE is an outstanding-value entry into magnetic-switch gaming: it pairs enthusiast build quality with excellent performance, adjustable per-key actuation and the Rapid Trigger features competitive players want, all in a compact wireless package. The restricted switch compatibility and the misfiring analog output are the only real caveats, and neither matters for the shooting-and-typing most people do. For a premium-feeling Hall-effect board that does not cost flagship money, it is an easy recommendation.
