HP is particularly emphasising the HP+ subscription with an extended warranty and advanced app features, which is free for the first two years. On the other hand, it also ensures that the printer maintains an internet connection and that only original toners can be used.
Meanwhile, HP offers its paid subscription service Instant Ink for toners as well, which incurs ongoing costs but reduces the overall cost per page when printing regularly. In addition, the delivery of new toner is automatic with the subscription model. The printer itself has a precise and fast printing machine that can print up to 40 pages per minute of text documents – but only in black and white. The paper tray is large, and the output tray is also generously sized. Scans and copies can be made quickly and conveniently thanks to the duplex ADF. Control is via a generous touch panel.
