Pros
- 3.1-channel soundbar for virtual surround
- Mapping Technology
- Dolby Atmos, Dolby Speaker Virtual, DTS Virtual:X
Cons
- No analogue audio interfaces
A truly first-class 3.1-channel soundbar – which, thanks to two excellent, integrated subwoofers, can do without the usual separate wireless woofer. The digital, high-resolution signal processing also blows your mind. This clever “mapping” technology incorporates a multitude of formats and can thus generate fantastic, virtual surround “360 Spatial Sound” from any content. Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X material included.
The interface equipment includes important wired standards as well as elaborate WLAN and Bluetooth wireless features, and you can tap Spotify directly; however, you will search in vain for options to connect analogue devices directly. The acoustic experience is even more immersive when the optional original rear speakers from the manufacturer are added. Their special feature? Thanks to intelligently applied psychoacoustic tricks, they can be positioned relatively freely on site.
